Refund policy

Pure Spout products have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.  You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs on all products.
  • You are responsible for the cost of insuring the product during return shipping.
  • Shipping charges related to the original purchase are not refundable/reimbursed.
  • This offer is only applicable for products purchased directly from Pure Spout.

To start a return, please contact Customer Support by phone at 1-800-455-4508 or email info@purespoutfilter.com.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.   

How to Return a PureSpout Product:

  • Request a return by phone at 1-800-455-4508 or email info@purespoutfilter.com.  Pure Spout will not accept unauthorized returns.
  • Repackage the product including all original parts and accessories.
  • Clearly label the order number on the outside of the package. 
  • Your return must be received by Pure Spout within 30 calendar days of the return request being authorized.
  • For all products, you may use the shipper of your choice. Ship the product to the following address:

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue appropriately.


Refunds

A Pure Spout representative will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and will let you know whether the refund was approved. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
